Learn how to reconnect to your body, support its regeneration after pregnancy through breathing on movement and regain strength with constantly progressed exercises, matched to your current physical status quo.

Strong Moms (English class)

Suited for pregnant and +6 months postpartum moms, who are looking to either maintain or regain strength throughout this season of life.

This class puts focus on core and lower body strength to support all abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, in order to prepare the body as good as possible for all the physical tasks postpartum life has to offer.
